If your keyboard is not lighting up or turning on please do the following.
- The cord going from the PC to the keyboard should be USB to the computer and Special USB C type cable to the keyboard.
- If it does not light up or turn on flip the USB type C cable around on the keyboard.
- If one half the keyboard is not lighting up flip the USB C type connecting cable on the right half of the keyboard.
(these are custom USB C cables with special pin sets so it needs to be seated properly)
